In the realm of volunteering, his primary focus lies in conducting motivational classes in government schools. Anamika, currently pursuing a B.Ed, passionately works towards educating girls in her village, embodying the belief that empowering each girl contributes to the nation's progress.
Her role as a Team Balika member involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting door-to-door visits, and motivating parents to enroll girls in school. Anamika's notable achievements include enrolling 45 girls, facilitating Camp Vidya for teaching children, and ensuring the smooth functioning of School Management Committee meetings. Her impact extends beyond numbers; she commands respect in her village, is a recognised figure in school functions, and has successfully raised awareness about girls' education.
Despite challenges, such as advocating for separate toilets for girls in the village school, Anamika navigates and resolves issues, emphasising the transformative power of education in her community.

Anamika Singh passionately dedicates her time to the global cause of educating girls, actively collaborating with EducateGirls NGO. Over the past two years, she has been at the forefront of the "Educate Girls" initiative, championing primary education in communities and villages. In the initial stages, she encountered girls who had never attended any formal schooling. Undeterred, Anamika organized special camps, introducing innovative teaching methods, and after rigorous training, conducted examinations.
Despite facing the challenge of convincing older learners who initially hesitated to join the camp regularly, Anamika persisted and successfully imparted basic literacy skills, witnessing a transformation in their lives.
During the "Corona Call" initiative, Anamika played a crucial role in distributing ration and raising awareness about health and child safety in the community. In rural and marginalized communities, Anamika worked towards making families economically and socially self-reliant through education, fostering independence.
Addressing the reluctance of some older learners, Anamika initiated adult education programs. Despite initial resistance, her consistent efforts resulted in the successful imparting of basic literacy skills, effectively breaking barriers in the community.

Currently serving as Chief Minister Fellow, recently promoted to Aspirational Block Fellow under Niti Aayog, she brings a background in Microbiology from Delhi University and Sharda University.
Volunteering at Make A Difference since 2020, Aradhana has played a pivotal role in the Aftercare Vertical Volunteering Program, mentoring youth post-12th for education and placements. As the Aftercare Fellow, she supported over 20 youths in various courses, facilitated vocational training for 10+, and successfully placed over 10 individuals in both government and private sectors, positively impacting their lives.
Aradhana has showcased exceptional leadership during crises, ensuring the stability of the Aftercare vertical. She actively participates in conducting on-ground events and effectively manages challenges, all while maintaining a passionate dedication to the cause.
Arti Kumari

Arti Kumari, a dedicated volunteer driven by the belief in community service, emphasises the joy derived from making a positive impact on others' lives. In the realm of educational outreach to slum children, Arti proudly recounts her instrumental role in crafting and implementing impactful programs. Through these efforts, she successfully secured CSR support from Tata Power, catalysing an expanded reach and benefit for more children.
As a versatile volunteer, Arti has worn multiple hats, contributing significantly as an educator for slum children and taking on the role of city coordinator. Notable achievements include the provision of quality education, skill empowerment, and the successful organisation of cloth donation drives. Through diligent efforts, she has connected with families, encouraging them to prioritize education and facilitating enrollment in EduGirls Sanskriti.

The Menstrual Hygiene Campaign, initiated by her, significantly improved women's health by promoting cleanliness and accessibility to affordable sanitary pads. Additionally, the establishment of a Pad Bank in the rural area ensured economic access to sanitary products.

Damini Kotambkar, a devoted volunteer with Bhumi NGO for over 4 years, narrates her journey focused on educating underprivileged children. Serving as the National Support Team (NST) for the Math project, she influences 800+ kids across 8 cities, managing operations seamlessly and providing vital support to leads and volunteers.
In 2022, she facilitated the online-to-offline transition, training 200 volunteers and supporting leadership development. Sensitising eight colleges and two schools, impacting over 6000 students, has been a crucial part of her advocacy.
The impact of Dipika’s work resonates nationally. Contributions to the revision of the Transgender Person & Protection Act 2019, aiding 30 transgender individuals in securing corporate jobs, supporting 170 lives in skill development, and fostering community sensitivity in seven colleges and two schools showcase the breadth of her efforts.
Throughout her journey, Dipika faced various challenges but remained dedicated to uplifting the transgender community and advocating for a more inclusive society.
